As she dusted the black side tables for the third time in a week, she considered investing in some furniture polish, or better yet (as she let her mind wander), why not learn to suspend gravity over each table so dust wouldn’t fall at all?
But then she wondered what she could put on an anti-gravity table? Certainly not a lamp, or a book. And she supposed that the tables were, in fact, designed for such lamps and books.
She had now finished dusting and returned the lamp and books ….
among the settling dust.
